Enumero - this Latin verb literally means to count, to calculate. It applies in the Financial Law, to help establishing the assets of a person. In the legal practice, it finds application in the phrase “Enumeratio infirmat regulam in casibus non enumeratis”, which literally means “enumeration affirms the rule in cases not enumerated”. The word participates also in the phrase “enumeratio unius est ezclusio alterius”. which translates as “the enumeration of the one excludes the other”.
A synonym of “enumero” is “deputo”.
