Еmoveo - this Latin verb means to move away, remove, take away. In the Real Estate Law, when a mortgage loan has been paid back in full towards the lender, they use to remove (delete) the mortgage, previously established on the debtor’s property. It is said that the mortgage is removed from the property. Synonyms are “amoveo”, “eripio” and “removeo”.
