Enitia pars

Enitia pars – within the meaning, given by the Inheritance Law, this Latin term refers to the part of the eldest; the share chosen by the eldest coparcener on partition of assets, having first choice among the other heirs during procedure of voluntary (ot-of-court) distribution of the inheritance left by the ancestor.
