Dissero - this Latin verb refers to the act of examining (a document, for example), to discuss or question a fact or paperwork. In the legal practice, lawyers examine draft agreements that are presented to them, and then issue a legal opinion of the clauses of these agreements, respectively propose amendments where needed. A synonym is “cognosco” which shares similar meaning.
