Discrepo - this Latin verb literally means to differ, to be different, vary, and disagree. In practice – in the Patent Law, new trademarks are being registered only if these do visually differ than the already registered (otherwise there would be harming of image rights) and do not contradict with them. Synonym of “discrepo” is the term “dissimilis”, which shares similar meaning.
