Disceptio causae

Disceptio causae – this Latin term has several legal definitions, depending of where it has got applications:
- Of a waiver of claim, a plea, a denial of accepting an inheritance pot;
- A disclaimer of tenure, expressed by a tenant during lawsuit for rent.
- Releasing free, discharging (somebody from their obligations).
