Latin Legal Terms

Denuo – this Latin word means anew, again, a second time. In terms of Criminal Law, if a proved crime for which the offender has been sentenced, has been performed by him/her again (for a second time) then the punishment will be lot heavier (usually calculated in much more years in jail, than the punishment for the first crime).
The Law of Contract usually provides that second breach of contract leads to much bigger compensation/sanction than the initial one.
