Denego – this Latin verb literally means to refuse, deny, reject. For example, in the sphere of Commercial Law in many jurisdictions, a buyer may refuse to sign the purchase contract. In other words, to decline the forwarded offer to them. In such case there is no deal. Synonyms of “denego” are “resuco” and “renuo” that share the same meaning.
