Confido – this Latin term means: to have confidence in, be confident of, rely upon. In the legal practice, it details the normal bridge of trust established between a lawyer and their client through the process of performance of legal activities for protection of the client’s interests. The client is confident in the lawyer because of his reputation and promise to perform the asked services following the client’s requirements on one hand, and the legal provisions, on another.
