Latin Legal Terms

Condemnare – this Latin verb means to condemn, to blame, to pass sentence, to convict or proclaim (a person) guilty. In practice, the word relates to the legal phrase “condemnant quod non intellegunt”, which translates as they (the people) condemn something they do not understand. I.e. they look only through their own window and do not try to explore this unknown thing from its all sides; i.e. deny to check for the positives in it.
