Gesto – this Latin word means to carry, bear about. In practice, the word relates to the legal phrase “gestio pro haerede” , that applies in the Probate Law, where details the behavior of a heir in relation to the inheritance pot. The word relates also to the term “negotiorum gestio”, detailing a sudden act done by one person in the property of another, usually with the intention to keep their own property from damage. The owner of the damaged property has a right only of repair, not of a compensation or profit.
