Caduca – in terms of the Inheritance Law, this term means “inheritable asset”. Namely it refers to a valuable asset that could be individualized and respectively could be subject of transfer from the testator towards the chosen beneficiary.
Another, different meaning of this term “caduca” is of a property, the ownership (title) of which does not belong any longer to the grantor, due to concrete legal reasons.
