Latin Legal Terms

Ad acta

Ad acta – this legal term details a fact which is no longer relevant. For example, in claims for compensation due to non-performance of a contract, the fact that the defendant has discussed previously with third parties to perform his/her obligations is no longer relevant since there is full non-fullfilment.
