Accommodare – it means to adjust; to accommodate (which is its modern interpretation) or adapt to something. Nowadays in the sphere of Commercial Law in some countries the term “accommodation note” applies. There it details a promissionary note that is issued for a service, against no commission or financial benefit. A similar term is “accommodate”, which has the same meaning.
