Ab intestato

Ab intestato – this term literally means “by intestacy”, which represents its current interpretation. It is used nowadays in the area of Inheritance Law, where describes the procedure of transferring and distribution of left assets by the decedent, who has not composed a personal will. Then in such cases, the provisions of the local inheritance legislation have to apply and govern the transfer of properties towards the heirs.
