Ab agendo

Ab agendo – this term applies in the area of Court Proceedings. There it describes the non-ability of a person to perform concrete legal activity – signing of an agreement, or to submit a court claim, for example, because of some legal burden or issue – usually these are underage, or mental illness, or other legal reason.
