Eo ire itum

Eo ire itum - this Latin verb means to go, proceed, travel, progress ahead. In the legal practice, in particular situations where lawyers establish that there are good chances for winning a claim, they may advice their client to proceed ahead with submitting it, if out-of-court settlement is not possible.
