Enormia

Enormia – in legal point of view, this Latin term refers to the wrongful acts; torts. These are illegal acts that represent violation of the principle “your rights end there, where the rights of other people appear”. In other words, the wrongful act violates the legal rights of others and could lead to damages and claim for repair/compensation. An example of wrongful act is if you crash your neighbor’s fence.
