Donec

Donec- this Latin word means up to the time when, until, as long as, while. For example, within the Law of Contracts, penalties for delay in performance of obligations can be agreed to be paid “dudum” (.i.e. for a long time), until there is proper performance. The role is to discipline the debtor to perform sooner towards the creditor.
