Desposco

Desposco – this Latin verb literally means to demand, to require. For example, in the sphere of Civil Law, claimants demand from the court to hear their lawsuit and to give justice. Another example - in the Administrative Process the applicant demands from the governmental or state Authority to issue an administrative act or writ which relates to the claimant’s interests. “Desposco” shares similar meaning with the legal term “expeto”.
