Demitto

Demitto – this Latin verb literally means to set down or reduce. In practice, for example a price of asset or property may fall to much lower rate in short term – due to destruction, recession, etc. An amount of penalty for delay due to the right party may also be reduced if this party has got also guilt for the delay in performance by the penalty payer.
