Deduco

Deduco – this Latin verb has several different meanings, depending of where it has got application:
1) First meaning is to bring (a lawsuit) to court. Within the Litigation procedures, this usually happens in cases where there cannot be out-of-court settlement of the legal dispute.
2) Second meaning is to lad out colonists, found (establish) a colony to a particular place.
3) Third meaning is to deduct, subtract, and reduce. In practice, namely in the conveyance procedures, in cases where the real estate has small defects, parties can negotiate reducing of the sale price.
