Debilito

Debilito – this Latin verb literally means to weaken, enervate, sap, exhaust. Within the civil practice, when part of the proofs that supported a damage claim, have been removed from the lawsuit, then the claim has weaken. In other words, the chances for winning the case and obtaining a positive decision in favor of the claimant are reduced too.
