Cotidie

Cotidie – this Latin word literally means daily; every day; day by day. For example, in the sphere of Family Law, the parental care exercised by parents towards their children, is supposed to be daily care. i.e. given every single day no exclusions.
There could be another example - within in the Law of Contracts, where parties may negotiate that penalties for delay may be calculated on a daily basis; i.e. charged every day until the guilty party performs their obligations.
