Salvus

Salvus – this Latin word means safe, sound. In practice, the word participates in the legal phrase “Pone per vadium et salvos plegios”, which literally means: “Established by gage and safe pledges.” It is used to detail a situation where law enforcement officer summons and burdens property of a person, against whom a writ has been issued and they failed to appear. The pursued goal is to make the debtor show a proper behavior as per the expectations of the court.
