Quadratus

Quadratus – this Latin word literally means: square, a square. The word nowadays in the legal practice relates to the term “Quadromonium”, used in the Property Law. It details a building that consists of four equal in size apartments, where the ownership of the common parts of the building has been organized following the rules of Condominium Law. A similar term is “quadrum”.
