Natalis

Natalis – it means “birthday”; “date of birth”. In practice, the word relates to the legal term “haeres natus”, which means “a heir born”. For instance, within the area of Inheritance Law it refers to these heirs, proclaimed by the Law because these have legal relation with the testator.
