Haereditas

Haereditas – this legal term literally means “inheritance”. The origin of the term is the word “haeres”, which in terms of Probate & Wills means “heir”. It relates to the legal term “Haereditas jacens”. Within the area of Inheritance Law this legal term describes a pot of inheritance, which at the present moment has not been yet accepted by the heirs; but left already by the testator.
