Cohibeo

Cohibeo – this Latin verb literally means to confine, restrain (somebody from doing particular action). In practice, the role of a legal burden during litigation procedure is to restrain the debtor from transferring the burdened assets away and in such way to avoid satisfaction of their creditors. A synonym is “cogo”.
