Coadunatio

Coadunatio – this Latin verb means gathering together, joining into. In the legal practice, namely during Litigation Procedures, the different claimants who have equal pretentions against the same defendant on the base of same origin, may unite their civil claiim. The goal is to reach one and the same common court decision in their favor in shorter deadlines. I.e. it pursues not to create different precedent on similar lawsuits.
