Clausum fregit

Clausum fregit – this Latin term literally means “he broke the close”. in practice, usually within the area of Property Claims, this legal term refers to initiated lawsuit in court for illegal trespass to real estate (land or premises). During this lawsuit the defendant has to respond in court why he/she has trespassed on the claimant’s property, and respectively, to answer towards the landowner, for damages or injuries.
