Charisma

Charisma (or “carisma”) – in the legal practice, usually within the area of Inheritance Law, this legal term details a gift; a valuable present made by the testator towards the beneficiary. Gifts are voluntary made transfers of assets towards a person, usually to express the thankfulness of the testator towards the beneficiary. Nowadays the word share one other famous meaning – namely as a rare personal quality attributed to rulers, celebrities or speakers who arouse fervent popular devotion and enthusiasm.
