Census – this legal term refers to the periodic official count of the number of people residing in concrete area and their condition and of the resources of a country. Its role is to fill the statistic data for each country. On the base of this regularly collected statistic data about the number of the residing citizens, each government can make conclusions how to rule better the concrete country.
