Censura – this Latin term literally means judgment. In the legal practice, this is the procedure performed by courts and deciding entities, during which they resolve legal disputes that are brought before them, proclaiming what the actual truth is and giving justice and punishment in cases where needed. Their decisions are valid and oblige the participants; or the whole society.
