Caries

Caries – within the area of Criminal Law this term details the worldwide recognized and punishable crime of corruption. It represents an illegal behavior by entitled person (usually on governmental position) in favor of themselves or of a person who has paid to them bribe “under the table”. Most legal systems punish both participants in this crime – the one who gives and the one who receives the bribe.
