Cado – this Latin word means: to fall; to drop. In practice, it relates to the legal term “cadit quaestio” which means “the argument falls”. It is usually applicable during court trials, where details that there are not any more arguments, respectively the legal dispute is no longer effective and should be moved towards taking decision by the judge.
