Assensu

Assensu – this Latin word means “assent”. It relates to the legal term “ex assensu suo”, used in the area of Litigation proceedings, where it means “with his assent”. For example, execution procedure against the salary of the debtor, done with his assent, where the debtor acknowledges he/she does not have any other sources of payment so agree to cover the debt via monthly installments taken of his/her salary (usually by the bailiff) in favor of the creditor.
