Adjudicatio

Adjudicatio - the term refers to the act of assignment (by judge). Nowadays the term “adjudication” could have two different meanings: - within the sphere of Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) it details a judgment or decision of a court, tribunal or adjudicator, usually issued on alternative dispute resolution cases. - It could also relate to adjudication order. Here the term adjudication applies as a synonym of bankruptcy order.
