Ad referendum

Ad referendum – this term applies in the area of Administrative Law, where it is used to detail than a certain done action, does not yet have official approval. This means that the performance of this act and its results could be validly disputed by the interested and affected parties. For example, an order by a policeman which does not rely on an instruction by their chief of police.
