Abutor

Abutor – this term has two different meanings: - to make full use of, to abuse. For example, the Criminal Law explains many of the crimes as abuse of rights. This abuse of rights is punishable and is subject of sanction per the provisions of the local Criminal Law. Nowadays the term is being written as “abuser”. – to use abusive language; i.e. to use bad and frustrating words in incorrect manner that harm others and lead to moral damages. In some countries the Criminal Codes establish punishment for such wrongful actions.
