Abundans

Abundans – it means abundant (being its modern interpretation), overflowing, abounding in. This legal term applies in the maxim “abundans cautela non nocet”, which expresses that too much exercised care or caution will not be harmful at all. So there cannot be pursued liability for such huge care.
