Abstractio

Abstractio - This legal term may have two different meanings: - This could be a concrete part of the text (in protocol, report, etc.), that is separated and individual from the other parts. - Second meaning, applicable in the area of Criminal Law is to steal, to achieve something illegally from third party. In present days the word is transformed in the term “abstraction”, which basically means something is indefinite, non-concrete.
