Latin Legal Terms

Absconditus

Absconditus - it means hidden, concealed. For example, in terms of Law of Contracts, some clauses in concluded agreements could be “hidden”; i.e. non-understandable from first sight, or covered with misleading and confusing clauses or text. “Hidden cause” is the goal, pursued by parties sometimes when they conclude unfair agreements.
