Abeo

Abeo - this term has several different meanings: - First meaning applies within the Labor Law, where means to go away; to retire. This has effect to the start of the pension (retirement money), released by the government to the retired person. - Second meaning applies in the area of Inheritance Law, where “abeo” means to depart from life; to pass away (which legal event initiates procedures for distribution of inheritance pot). - Third meaning is to digress; to change; or to vanish and disappear. In terms of Criminal Law, the description of a thievery is that the valuable movables disappear from its usual location, where initially placed by its owner. In other words – the thief takes it with the intention to possess it or sell it for himself.
